Q: When can I check in?
A: Check-in is available from 14:00 unless otherwise agreed in advance.


Q: What time is check-out?    
A: Check-out is at 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.


Q: When is breakfast served? 

A:  From 07:30 until 10:00


Q:  When is dinner served?
A:  Od 18:00 do 21:00

 

Q:  From where and how often the skibus rides?
A: The ski bus starts at 8:20 every morning in the central car park right in front of the hotel and the leaves about every 15-20 minutes.


Q: How often is held service on the apartments?
A: Service on the apartments is held every day.


Q: How does your wellness works?
A: Our wellness is privately, that is, Each apartment goes there alone. With reservation made on the reception for the exact time period of one hour. The operating time is 2pm to 10pm.


Q: Does your hotel have the ski room and some storage space for skis?
A: Yes, we have.


Q: It is possible to use the parking in the garage?
A: Yes, provided that the garage is not full and it is charged per/night.
