Q: What time is it posible to chcek in?

A: Check in is possible to do from 3pm, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Q: When do I need to check out ?

A: Until 10 am, late check out needs to be approved by reception.

Q: What time is the breakfast?

A:  From 07:30 to 10:00 a.m.

Q:  What time is dinner?
A:  From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Q:  is it posible to use restaurant  between breakfast and dinner?

A:  Yes, the restaurant is opened  from 11.00 a.m. until late evening.

Q:  How often and from where does the Skibus run?

A:  The Skibus is in the central parking right in front of our hotel at 08:20 every morning and it runs approximately every 15-20 minutes.

Q:  How often is the cleaning service done in the apartment?

A:  Once a day.

Q:  How does wellness work?

A: Our wellness is private, which means that each apartment can book it for itself during a certain time. It has to be booked to an exact time in advance. Wellness opening hours are from 12:00 to 22:00.

Q:  Does the hotel have a ski storage room or ski storage space?

A: Yes. Each guest can request a key from a lockable ski storage room, where they can keep their entire ski equipment (or bicycles during the summer months) during their stay.

Q:  Is it possible to use parking in the garage?

A: Yes, provided that the garage is not full. This service costs from 15 € / night.

Q:  Is there a charge for hotel parking?

A: Yes, in the amount of 10 € / night. The capacity of parking place is not quaranteed.

Q:  Is it possible to reserve a parking space in the hotel car park?

A: No, unfortunately due to capacity reasons it is not possible to reserve parking spaces. However, even in case of unavailability of a parking space in the hotel parking lot, you can use the adjacent parking lot of the village 50m from the hotel, which is also charged .

Q:  Is it possible to stay with a pet?

A: Yes, but only in some of the apartments. These apartments must be booked in advance.

Q:  Is entry to the wellness included in the price of the stay?

A: Wellness is included in the price of only selected stay packages. In other stays wellness is not included in the price.

Q:  Do you have a cot, highchair or potty available in the apartment?

A: Yes, the hotel has this range available for rent and must be booked in advance. You can even rent a vacuum cleaner to extract the mucus from baby’s nose at the reception.

Q:  Does the hotel really have electric car chargers?

A: Yes, the hotel has 3 chargers suitable for all types of electric cars (including TESLA), which are charged according to the current hotel price list.

Q:  What if we don’t make it to dinner?

A: All you have to do is to contact the reception as soon as possible (but no later than 6.30 pm) with the information that you are entitled to a dinner you can’t catch and the reception will provide for you postponement of dinner or prepare a plated dish to make up for a missed dinner.
