Open kitchen day has become an annual tradition of the Hotel Crocus **** in Štrbské Pleso and under the auspices of chef Štefan Krajčovič it has become an unforgettable culinary experience for our guests in the form of a 6-course menu. Where you could taste from traditional sub-Tatra dishes to the chef’s specialty.

We believe that we will repeat this event again in 2021 and we are looking forward to you already.
