From the Biela voda bus stop by the Cesta Slobody (Road of Freedom), a marked trail leads through the Šalviový prameň (Sage stream) to Chata pri Zelenom plese (chalet at Green tarn) (2 h and 50 min). From behind the chalet, the yellow waymarked route continues along a steep path through the threshold to Červená dolinka (valley). Then the path continues along left part of the valley until its end and from there it ascends steeply right up to the ridge. This section is equipped with fixed chains. The path stretches along the ridge to the top of Jahňací štít (2 hours). On your way back you use the same trail.

Views from the summit:
Jahňací štít is the easternmost peak of the main ridge of the High Tatras. There is a beautiful view overlooking the Belianske Tatras (White Tatras), Predné and Zadné Meďodoly.
